Conscious Indiscretions
Green. The color of grass, money, jealousy, fatigues, and his eyes. Kargo Adams had a chance encounter with Major General Alexander Samuels. He used all his tactics as a former commander to entice her into his bed. The battle was something she could never have predicted!

Kargo awoke positioned as the queen on a real-life chess board. She was not prepared for the kaleidoscope of manipulations making it difficult to distinguish the knights, rooks, bishops, pawns, and even the queen. The game had one rule: Win!
His assignment as a bystander was simple: Secure the premises and protect the queen. Keep watch. But what happens when watching is not enough?
How much faith do you have in your security system? Could it withstand this Molotov cocktail? Could it withstand deception shaken and stirred with hot sex, late nights, and scandalous meetings? No survivors, including the queen, become a real possibility when players are dragged onto a board specifically designed to breed conscious indiscretions.
What a tangled web we weave... Kargo is a perfect example of a strong Black woman with a sense of humor and the smarts to take care of the people she loves.

Excerpt
“Mr. Samuels, can I get a shot of you to accompany today’s news footage? You are doing such a service for the veterans in this state. Would you stand right here for me?” Before the photographer could snap the shot, Sascha ran into the photo.
“As hostess of this soiree, I should be featured with the city’s most eligible bachelor.” Not wanting to cause a scene, Alexander switched the pose to accommodate her. The photographer did a countdown. As soon as he said “one,” Sascha planted a huge kiss on Alexander’s lips.
“What the hell was that Sascha?”
“Oh Alexander, a little additional publicity for me and you will be all the rage!”

“Sascha your body has been publicity in too many rages! Don’t ever do that crap again. This is an important facility for a lot of well-deserving soldiers not an opportunity for a discarded tramp seeking relevance!”
